After 38 years as a city-specific restaurant guide, the 2018 Good Food Guide is now a single, national edition covering 500 restaurants around Australia.

Formerly published individually by The Age, The Sydney Morning Herald and The Brisbane Times, and considered Australia’s most trusted guides, this 2018 edition has been researched and compiled by a team of respected critics, and co-edited by Roslyn Grundy and Myffy Rigby.

The highly respected ‘hat’ award system remains, now showcasing the best restaurants in a suite of categories, from Hobart to Darwin, Brisbane to Perth.
