The bond of mother and daughters has inspired a publishing house out of Melbourne, Australia. With a passion for food, wine and all things local, Jonette George and her daughters, Daniele and Kaitlyn Wilton have their series of books surrounding their ethos.
Smudge Publishing, now a team of 14, showcases cities and regions throughout Victoria and NSW in a few different series of books. Smudge has highlighted the unique cafe, restaurant and bar culture in Melbourne and Sydney in their four books: Flavours of Melbourne, Flavours of Sydney, Flavours of Urban Melbourne and Flavours of Urban Sydney.
